Hello, I’m Ken and I'm a reward specialist based in London.
I have 17 years experience working on payrounds and generally
helping the banking sector to make robust decisions. I've also got
strong experience in Executive reward, reward governance, preparing
reward content for Annual Report and Accounts, and other UK and EU regulatory reporting.

2016 - Jul 2018 | Executive Reward Manager.

Supporting on the production of RemCo papers and major reward projects. Managing annual comp review for Santander UK Investment and Commercial Bank. MRT (UK)/IS (EU) identification and internal communications to those affected. General support on Executive reward agenda and ad-hoc queries for Executives in the bank.

2014 - 2016 | Reward Business Partner.

Maintain information flow between Head Office in London and Regional teams around the world. Supported review of the remuneration structures across Barclays to comply with global standards and governance. Acted as first point of contact for HR and the business on reward elements of recruitment and retention.

Acted as primary compensation specialist for the Reward team. Supported the transition of ownership from Lloyds Banking Group to a seperate private company. Ran end-to-end annual pay and bonus process for the bank.
